We offer in person appointments at our Regina and Saskatoon locations, and online/virtual appointments across Saskatchewan using a HIPA compliant video platform (30 minutes before your appointment, you will receive an automated message with the video platform link).

We accept cheque, e-transfer, or credit card payments, and we can direct bill to Canada Life, Greenshield, Manulife, and Industrial Alliance at this time. Check your personal health benefits plan so see if you’re covered for dietitian services.

No-show and Late Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in the practitioner’s day that otherwise could have been filled by another client in need. As such, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or who fail to attend their scheduled appointment, are subject to a $50 charge.
